While living in (and now visiting) Atlanta, I enjoyed sampling and rating chicken salad sandwiches. The focus was on the most crucial factors of "Classic Taste", "Creativity" and "Flavor." And I always invite a semi-valued second opinion to weigh in.

1. Must be in sandwich form.

2. Must order as it comes. If options are available (bread type, cheese, etc), then make the best damn selections possible for your taste buds.

3. Must be local to Atlanta (or at least the surrounding areas)... NO BIG CHAINS.
